Regional Conveyancing

We maintain a national network of regionally appointed independent specialist conveyancing lawyers. These firms have all been appointed upon the recommendation of team agents and have been enabled by us to access and utilise our systems to ensure we can co-ordinate your move efficiently and help to move you quickly.

In order to join our panel our lawyers must agree to adhere to our unique service pledge. We monitor all panel firms to ensure these standards are maintained. We provide regular feedback to them particularly with regard to our customer care questionnaires to ensure they remain at the top of their game.

This strict adherence to published service standards is the reason why over 90% of team clients, when surveyed, are prepared to recommend Team Conveyancing to their friends and family.

In addition to a strict service standard we have also created a Practice Protocol which both we, through our Direct service, and all of our panel firms have agreed to observe. This means that our conveyancers only concern themselves with really important issues on your behalf and do not get bogged down in arguing fine points of law on matters of little or no consequence to you and which just serve to delay your move.
