Management Team
Phil Irving F.N.A.E.A. A.Int. of L. Ex
founded Team Conveyancing in 2001 although he remains a team agent whose
successful family run firm, Irving and Sons of Verwood serves a small town close
to the New Forest. He came into agency in 1983 after a career in the law and it was this background which attracted him to run a conveyancing business run by and for estate agents. Following the creation in April 2009 of a new joint venture with
myhomemove, which married a raft of home moving services with the established Conveyancing and HIP business, Phil was appointed MD of team Property Services of which
Team Conveyancing now forms part.
Martin Suttie Dip HI
Martin began a career in Estate Agency in 1987 with an independent firm in the Thames Valley. He progressed to run a number of offices here and in Sussex and Surrey. In 1999 he was offered a business
Development role with a European multi listing portal before joining myhomemove in 2001 as an Account Manager for London and the South East. Here he developed the business in its formative years motivated by his own experiences of dealing with property lawyers and keen to treat agents as customers too. Martin joined team in 2006 having qualified as a Home Inspector in advance of the new HIP regulations and is now the Business Development Director within Team Property Services.
Janine Morgan:
Janine Morgan manages the Home Information Pack team on a daily basis ensuring all SLA’s are met in a timely and efficient manner. Janine is also responsible for keeping the HIPs team fully up to date with HIP code changes, and the latest Government regulations.
Marie Brandist:
Marie looks after the Sales Ledger and Credit Control for HIPs, administration of Conveyancing and HIP referral fees, including dealing with any queries, liasing with Clients and building good relationships. In Marie’s spare time she enjoys walking in the countryside and going to car shows.
Account Management
Mark Jeffreys FNAEA:
Mark is employed by team Association as an account manager responsible for the South West, S. Wales and Three Counties regions of the network. Mark joined in August 2008 after a 20 year career in estate agency working in the Midlands and the West Country, in both corporate and the independent sector. Marks role is to identify areas of additional income and includes training, troubleshooting, and will assist with all team related issues. He has built up a good rapport with the offices and individuals he is responsible for, he is a qualified energy assessor with an excellent knowledge of HIPs and Conveyancing procedures.
Carolyn Dexter:
Carolyn has worked in a sales environment for 30 years so is fully experienced in
knowing what it is like dealing with people on the “coal face”. Carolyn
previously worked as a Relationship Manager for another high profile Legal Firm
so is fully aware of the issues Estate Agents and Financial Advisors face on a
day to day basis. Carolyn was recruited exclusively to look after and manage the
team relationship to provide daily assistance and to resolve queries in a timely
and efficient manor. In her spare time Carolyn loves walking with her dog

Guy Evans:
Guy joined myhomemove in 2002 after 6 years working in the property industry in Australia. During his time at myhomemove, he has held various operational roles, including running one of myhomemove’s most successful legal teams.
Guy is currently our Business Projects Manager responsible for implementing various change projects including the transition of the team account to myhomemove and the panel management system.
Legal Team
David Baxter - Licensed Conveyancer & Conveyancing Manager:
David joined myhomemove in 2003 from a non conveyancing background as a trainee case handler. In that time he has progressed to case handler and then to team leader, being responsible for the running of the Sheffield office for 12 months before returning to Leicester; in that time also achieving a Full Licensed Conveyancer qualification in 2007.
With expert knowledge of the systems and the "myhomemove way of working" David has managed a number of teams throughout the business and is now spearheading the legal team providing the team conveyancing Direct service.
Jane Pickering: Conveyancer
Jane has worked in residential Conveyancing for 30 year, of which the last 20 have been in a case handler capacity. Working in private practice, and a volume Conveyanging capacity, Jane has extensive knowledge of freehold/leasehold/shared ownership and new builds. In her spare time, Jane enjoys walking.
Louise Moncoyo: Conveyancer
Louise has been working within the conveyancing industry for over five years. She’s done lots of work on mover conveyancing and is well known for her superb customer service skills.
In her spare time Louise enjoys candle making.
James Browne: Conveyancer
Prior to joining myhomemove, James, a law graduate, had various positions in a Customer Service Environment. Since joining myhomemove, James has progressed considerably, and is now managing a high volume of conveyancing cases. His Customer Service Skills are second to none, and he's certainly one of our shining stars.
In his spare time James is a passionate sportsman, and plays for various local football teams.
Sales Desk
David Prior - Sales Desk Manager
David has been with TPS from day one and previously worked at The Live Organisation which he joined in 1999 when that was also a very young business. Dave has extensive experience in selling legal services in a call centre environment and whilst with Live was promoted to team leader and then moved into training and compliance finally becoming assistant manager of what had grown to a 25 strong sales force. Dave is a keen sportsman and still plays a good standard of competitive football.
Jay Butt – Sales Representative
Jay is also an ex Live employee and was their top sales men for three successive years before joining TPS. Jay enjoys dealing with people and is driven by delivering excellent customer service. Away from work Jay enjoys computer games and socialising with a wide circle of friends.
