The service has evolved over time and, whilst originally an entirely panel based service
(Regional Conveyancing), a centralised service was added in April 2009. “Direct
Conveyancing” utilising the systems and professional skills of myhomemove a Leicester based conveyancing
provider, currently the largest independent provider in the U.K.
This enables Team Conveyancing to offer its agent members and their clients a unique choice of either a Regional service provided by a selected panel of traditional high street conveyancers
all of whom have subscribed to a standard service level agreement and practice protocol or a highly efficient and streamlined Direct service provided by myhomemove from their modern offices just outside of Leicester.
