Regional Conveyancing

The Team Conveyancing Regional Conveyancing service is provided by a national network of Independent Conveyancing Lawyers all of whom have been appointed to the panel upon the recommendation of team Agents. These firms are regulated by either the SRA ( Solicitors Regulatory Authority ) or CLC ( Council of Licenced Conveyancers ) and have all agreed to adhere to a strict Service Level Agreement and a Practice Protocol both of which have been formulated by Team Conveyancing to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided to your Clients - and you!

This agreement allows us to provide our unique Service Pledge to all of your Clients whichever service is chosen.

Our Regional Conveyancing Panel is enabled by us to access and utilise our systems ensuring we can co-ordinate your Clients move quickly and efficiently.

If you have a local Conveyancing Provider who you would like to recommend to the team panel we’ll do our very best to bring them on board enabling you to earn up to £200 by way of referral commission for instructing your favourite Conveyancer on all your cases PLUS myteamrewards. That’s got to be better than a bottle of wine at Christmas!

England and Wales are said to have one of the slowest house transfer systems in the Western World, team agents using Team Conveyancing have been enjoying a faster system since 2004! Our ExchangeFile processes helps to put you and your clients firmly in the driving seat.

Draft paperwork is prepared up-front, ready to send out as soon as a Buyer is found. As part of this process the conveyancer will:

1 Obtain the HIP and apply to the lender for Title Deeds.

2 Prepare the Draft Contract paperwork.

3 Obtain your clients replies to the Seller and Property Information Forms.

This up-front work means that within 24 hours of a buyer being found, draft contracts can be sent to the buyers lawyer, minimising any delay and putting you and your client firmly in the driving seat!

Traditionally there has been no objective way for Agents to effectively compare and contrast the performance of Lawyers. A firm may have existed for 100 years, have fancy letterhead and an attractive website, but how efficient are they and what do their Client’s “really” think about the service they receive?.

Panel Scorecards are our way of measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the conveyancing service delivered to you and your clients by our panel conveyancers and are a fundamental component of the Team Conveyancing panel system. Panel Scorecards are designed to remove the guess work and enable you, the Agent, to see objectively the strengths and weaknesses of the various panel firms.

Using our advanced technology and innovative panel management system the information which is measured and compared includes:

  1. Pipeline Conversions – what % of the active pipeline is being completed each month.
  2. Case Durations – How many days to exchange?
  3. Client Satisfaction:
    • What % of clients were delighted/happy?
    • Would the clients recommend the Team Conveyancing service they have received to friends and family?

Panel Scorecards are forwarded quarterly to all the panel firms so that they may judge their own performance.
