EPC/DEA Network

team has invested in creating its own network of DEA’s many of whom are member agents or directly employed by member agents. Most of the team member DEA’s were granted a £1500 DEA training bursary by Team Conveyancing in return for their support in the years preceding the introduction of HIPs. This is a direct example of how team looks to provide benefits to the membership from profits made from commercial operations.

The Network currently has around 100 DEA’s providing cover for all team offices. To ensure all EPC’s are completed as fast as possible all of our DEA’s have agreed a strict service level with cover available, in case of unavailability. Panel management is provided by the networks accreditation body, Northgate PLC. The EPC is ordered through this system as soon payment is made.

The Network, supported by Northgate, provides a number of CPD opportunities throughout the year to ensure our DEA’s remain up to date with developments in this new industry.

Team Conveyancing is keen to ensure that our DEA’s are paid a reasonable price per EPC and this enables us to keep the network intact and produce work of a consistently high quality. Following a recent audit Northgate advised that team DEA’s were amongst the best in the U.K.

You can nominate your preferred DEA to the team network. The only requirement is that they agree to our SLA and to being accredited by Northgate. If they are already accredited elsewhere they can get dual accredit with Northgate.
