MHM is one of the U.K.’s largest conveyancing providers and regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-thinking.
Through the Joint Venture, team members effectively have ownership and control of their own conveyancing business and its HIP proposition.
Partnership for Profit
Team Property Services has been set up to drive more profit to those team agents who use its services. The revenues are shared directly with the individual
team agents who recommend
its services ( by way of referral fees, commissions AND dividends) and also with team itself which, as a not for profit company, must use such profits for the benefit of the members.
Since 2001 over £4M (March 2010) has been paid to team members in conveyancing and HIP marketing and referral fees. Some member firms earn tens of thousands of pounds every year.
team itself has earned over £750,000 (March 2010) in commuted dividends helping to provide additional member benefits and keep membership fees to a minimum.
Although Conveyancing, HIPs and EPC’s remain at the core of the TPS proposition this new JV is designed to create a raft of revenue opportunities for participating team members by providing their clients with a range of home moving services
all of which create additional revenues for the agents which go straight to the
bottom line.
