We not only reward the business owner with a flexible referral fee which can be individually set on a case by case basis but we also reward the front line staff who actually instigate the referral from their desk

Why Referral Fees? In the past Agents passed business to their favourite
Solicitor on the old boys network receiving nothing in return save the odd
lunch, a game of golf or a bottle of Blue Nunn at Christmas!
Solicitors were discouraged by The Law Society from paying commissions or referral fees and indeed the whole notion that a Solicitor should in effect pay for work was seriously frowned upon. ”It
isn't cricket old boy!” As a consequence Agents became “passive” referrers only passing business where the Client clearly stated that they were “Solicitor free” and requested advice.
In the last 10 years however there has been a dramatic change with a new younger generation of Lawyers seeing nothing wrong with rewarding Agents for their recommendations and, reluctantly, The Law Society has adapted their Referral Code to reflect this new reality.
How Much?
The default commission on every sale case instructed to a panel lawyer is £100 but the agent can increase this to up to £200 if he feels the case will bear it. On a
Direct case the default commission is £150 and can also be similarly increased.
In addition we will pay the same commission on every related purchase. So that if a sale is referred and the seller uses us on their related purchase, whether the agent directly refers the purchase or not, the commission earned could be up to £400!
Many team agents earn many £thousands every year from such commissions with these earnings going straight to the bottom line as pure profit.
We estimate that we have paid in excess of £4 Million to team Agents since 2001.
Points mean Prizes!
In addition to paying the business a referral fee for every conveyancing case successfully completed Team Conveyancing also awards points to the instructing negotiator and not just for completed cases!

2. On exchange of contracts 700 points
Purchase Cases:
3. On receipt by the conveyancer of signed instruction from client (starter pack back) - 300 points
5. On exchange of contracts 700 points
HIPs:
First Publish – 200 Points.
E.G. On a linked sale and purchased with a team HIP the total points earned would be 2,200 with a monetary value of in excess of £22!

You can redeem your points at any time. Most save their points for a special prize
